Changing On/Off-Call Default Setting

You can change the account default setting for your team's call planner.

ℹ️ NOTE: The built-in default setting in your account will be On-Call. 

To change this to off-call:

  1. Go to Operations > On-Call Planner
  2. Select Defaults
  3. Change the Default Status to Off-Call
  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
