Distributing Quantities

You may find it necessary to redistribute the quantities of Disposable Supplies, either from one item to another or to a different location.

Distribute Quantity to Existing Item

1. Go to Logistics > Equipment
2. Select the Supply Levels tab
3. Click Distribute Quantities
4. Select the supply kind from the Select Kind drop down menu
5. Select the supply in the box on the left hand side of the screen that you want to take from
6. In the box on the right hand side, find the item you want to add the quantity to and click on the drop down
7. Select the amount you want to add that quantity to that item
8. You will now see the quantity of that item increase and the quantity will decrease from the supply on the left hand side
9. Click Distribute Quantities

Distribute Quantities to a New Item

1. Go to Logistics > Equipment
2. Select the Supply Levels tab
3. Click Distribute Quantities
4. Select the supply kind from the Select Kind drop down menu
5. Select the supply in the box on the left hand side of the screen that you want to take from
6. Under Create a new equipment item for this batch, select No Location and update the location of the new item 

7. Click Choose Location 

   

8. Select the amount you want to add that quantity to that new item
9. You will now see the quantity of that item increase and the quantity will decrease from the supply on the left hand side
10. Click Distribute Quantities
