Unblocking Users

A user will be blocked in D4H Incident Management if they exceed the number of available log in attempts. 

This article is for administrators who need to unblock a member from Incident Management.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner or Editor

To unblock a user as an admin: 

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Select Collections 
  3. Click on Personnel 
  4. Click on the name of the user that is blocked 
  5. Select unblock user

To increase or decrease the number of attempts a user can make:

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Type a number into the field labeled 'Allowed login attempts after which the user account is locked'
