Unblocking Users

In the D4H Incident Management (Operations Center platform), a user may get blocked if they surpass the allowable login attempts. This article is intended for administrators who require instructions on unblocking a member within Operations Center.

Unblocking User

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner or Editor

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Select Collections 
  3. Click on Personnel 
  4. Click on the name of the user that is blocked 
  5. Select unblock user

Increase or Decrease the Number of Login Attempts

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Type a number into the field labeled 'Allowed login attempts after which the user account is locked'
