Unblocking Users
In the D4H Incident Management (Operations Center platform), a user may get blocked if they surpass the allowable login attempts. This article is intended for administrators who require instructions on unblocking a member within Operations Center.
Unblocking User
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner or Editor
- Go to the Admin Area
- Select Collections
- Click on Personnel
- Click on the name of the user that is blocked
- Select unblock user
Increase or Decrease the Number of Login Attempts
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner
- Go to the Admin Area
- Click on Settings
- Type a number into the field labeled 'Allowed login attempts after which the user account is locked'
