Updating Your Attendance

You may receive invitations to participate in activities in D4H from your team. You can update your attendance through the web application or the Personnel & Training mobile application.

ℹ️ NOTE: You can only update attendance for future activities; for past activities, attendance must be updated by your team's administrator.

WEB APP

  1. In the My Calendar section on the Dashboard, choose Yes or No to indicate your attendance

  1. Alternatively, you can go to Operations > select either Exercises or Events
  2. Open the Activity
  3. Indicate your attendance at the top
  4. If you have already selected a status, you can change it by selecting a new one from either option


MOBILE APP

ℹ️ NOTE: If the activity is more than 30 days out it will not display on the main landing page of the mobile app. You must access the Calendar > Date to update attendance.

  1. Open the Personnel & Training mobile app
  2. Click on the upcoming Activity from the main screen
  3. Click on the Attendance Status dropdown 
  4. Choose an option from the Attendance Actions drop down
  5. If you have already selected a status, you can change it by clicking on the drop down and then selecting a new one from the menu
