Updating Your Attendance
You may receive invitations to participate in activities in D4H from your team. You can update your attendance through the web application or the Personnel & Training mobile application.
ℹ️ NOTE: You can only update attendance for future activities; for past activities, attendance must be updated by your team's administrator.
WEB APP
- In the My Calendar section on the Dashboard, choose Yes or No to indicate your attendance
- Alternatively, you can go to Operations > select either Exercises or Events
- Open the Activity
- Indicate your attendance at the top
- If you have already selected a status, you can change it by selecting a new one from either option
MOBILE APP
ℹ️ NOTE: If the activity is more than 30 days out it will not display on the main landing page of the mobile app. You must access the Calendar > Date to update attendance.
- Open the Personnel & Training mobile app
- Click on the upcoming Activity from the main screen
- Click on the Attendance Status dropdown
- Choose an option from the Attendance Actions drop down
- If you have already selected a status, you can change it by clicking on the drop down and then selecting a new one from the menu
