Viewing Equipment Items Report

Run a Custom Report on all of the equipment items in your inventory. Narrow down your report results by status, Kind classification, Equipment Location and expiry date.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Owner or Editor. *Member+ can run Saved Custom Reports.

To create an equipment items report:

  1. Go to Intelligence > Reports
  2. Click Create New Report
  3. Select Equipment Items from the dropdown menu
  4. Fill in the applicable information then select Run Report
  5. Once a report has been run you can choose to export the information by selecting Download as Spreadsheet
  6. To save the custom report for future use click Save Custom Report at the bottom of the screen
  7. Now that you have saved the report, you will be able to access the PDF by re-running the report.
