Adding / Deleting Persons Involved Details

Complete victim reports including injuries, medical assistance rendered, and outcomes. Record contact details for witnesses, reporting parties, and any other persons involved.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Owner, Editor or Member+ with Draft Activity granular permissions

⚠ī¸ ATTENTION: If you don't see Persons Involved tab check Enabling the Persons Involved Module.

Select the desired action below to quickly navigate to the relevant section of this article:

Adding Persons Involved Details

ℹī¸ NOTE: You can add Custom Fields to this section if you want to record further information.

  1. Open an existing Incident from the Dashboard or go to Operations > Incidents
  2. Click Update Details
  3. Go to the Involved tab
  4. Click +Add Person
  5. Fill in the details
  6. Move to the next tab to save the information you have entered or click Finished once you are done


Deleting Persons Involved Details

  1. Open an existing Incident from the Dashboard or go to Operations > Incidents
  2. Click on Update Details
  3. On the Involved tab and click on the person that you want to remove
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Remove Person
  5. Click Finished
