Viewing your Billing Details

Access and review your billing and subscription details. You'll be able to see your current credit balance and how it corresponds to your allotted text messages, voice calls, and email messages. Additionally, you can request more credits if needed.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Alerting
  3. Select General settings
  4. Click Billing
