Configuring General Settings
Personalize the sender identification for your Alerts.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Account Owner or Manage Alert Settings must be configured under Additional Policies for other user permission levels.
- Go to the Admin Area
- Expand Alerting
- Select General settings
- Key in the Short text identifier, e.g. D4H OEM
- Key in the Long text identifier, e.g. D4H Office of Emergency Management
- Key in the Text-to-voice identifier, e.g. D.4.H.O.E.M (use periods to prevent the voice from spelling out the acronym)
- Under Advanced, select the default language to select the preferred language for the alert: English (en-US) or Spanish (es-ES)
- Click Save
