Configuring General Settings

Personalize the sender identification for your Alerts.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Account Owner or Manage Alert Settings must be configured under Additional Policies for other user permission levels.

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Alerting
  3. Select General settings
  4. Key in the Short text identifier, e.g. D4H OEM
  5. Key in the Long text identifier, e.g. D4H Office of Emergency Management
  6. Key in the Text-to-voice identifier, e.g. D.4.H.O.E.M (use periods to prevent the voice from spelling out the acronym)
  7. Under Advanced, select the default language to select the preferred language for the alert: English (en-US) or Spanish (es-ES)
  8. Click Save
