Creating / Updating Location Bookmarks

Location bookmarks and sub-location bookmarks allow you to add your commonly used locations to the system so that you can easily and quickly select an address from a drop down field when creating an Activity.

Creating a New Location Bundle or Sub-Location

1. Go to Team Settings
2. Under Maps select Location Bookmarks
3. Click Add Location or Add Sub-Location
4. Give the location a title
5. Select the address on the map by entering the address under the 🔎 magnifying glass icon, coordinates, or moving the pin on the map
6. Click Save Changes
7. Once you've added a Location Bundle you can then add Sub-Locations

Your bookmark will now appear in the location drop down when you open a new incident.

Updating an Existing Location Bundle or Sub-Location

1. Go to Team Settings
2. Under Maps select Location Bookmarks
3. Locate the Location Bookmark or Sub-Location and click Edit next to the one you wish to edit
4. Update the information 
5. Click Save Changes
