Setting your Team Status Update

Set the status of your team and display it on the dashboard. When connected, your team's availability is visible to your parent organization.

⚠️ ATTENTION: If the Team Status is not visible, please ensure you have Enabled the Team Status under Team Settings. If it's still not accessible, contact the Help Desk for assistance.

Option 1

  1. Go to Operations > Capability Status
  2. Click Add Status
  3. Select the relevant status
  4. Click Update Team Status

Option 2

  1. Select Update from the Team Status dashboard
  2. Click Add Status
  3. Select the relevant status
  4. Click Update Status
