Setting your Team Status Update
Set the status of your team and display it on the dashboard. When connected, your team's availability is visible to your parent organization.
⚠️ ATTENTION: If the Team Status is not visible, please ensure you have Enabled the Team Status under Team Settings. If it's still not accessible, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Option 1
- Go to Operations > Capability Status
- Click Add Status
- Select the relevant status
- Click Update Team Status

- Select Update from the Team Status dashboard
- Click Add Status
- Select the relevant status
- Click Update Status
