Viewing Charts
D4H generates charts and maps for response re-evaluation optimization. They provide quick visualizations of frequencies and distributions for activities, attendance, and more. Use them to gain an insight into patterns and trends and to monitor year-on-year growth or decline.
💡 TIP: If you are looking to utilize them outside the software, we suggest taking a screenshot and importing it into your document/presentation as an image:
- On Mac, this can be done by selecting: Command + Shift + 4 keys.
- On Windows this can be done by selecting: Windows + Shift + S keys.
⚠️ ATTENTION: Only the approved reports will be included in the statistics on the charts.
To view the automatically generated charts and maps:
- Go to Intelligence > Charts
- Here you will see a visual report, you can change the time period across the top of the chart
- To view more reports click on any of the additional reports listed on the right hand side of the screen
