Switching Between Teams & Platforms
After signing into your D4H account, you can easily switch between different teams that you have access to. Additionally, you can navigate between the Team Manager and Operations Center platform.
Switching Between Organizations
WEB APP
⚠️ ATTENTION: This functionality is limited to accounts within the same server. If you don't have your organization's unique D4H account URL, click here to sign in. Then, select the data center and choose a product.
- Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
- Select Switch Organization
- Select the account name of the team you'd like to switch to
MOBILE APP
- Open the applicable mobile app
- Click on the ☰ more options menu at the top left
- Click the ▼ dropdown menu next to the current open account name at the top left
- Select the account name of the team you'd like to switch to
Incident Management
- Open the applicable mobile app
- Click on the ☰ more options menu at the top left
- Select Switch Organization
- Select the account name of the team you'd like to switch to
Switching Between Platforms
Switch between the Team Manager and Operations Center platforms.
⚠️ ATTENTION: This functionality is not available on the mobile applications.
- Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
- Select Manage your D4H account
- Select Team Manager or Operations Center under Your D4H products
