Viewing Member Availability
ℹ️ NOTE: Information is only displayed based on current member status and group membership now. Group and team joining and leaving dates are not known or calculated. A group may have a different membership in the past or future.
View a list of all Members and their availability on a specific date or time. For each person, you’ll have their current location, if they are attending an activity, and the ability to see if all their Qualifications are still valid on this date.
To view this information:
- Go to Planning > Availability
- You can change the date and time or filter the report by the Group drop down
- Click Go to see the updated information
