Adding a Member Profile Photo

Add profile photos to your team member's profiles.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owner or Editor

  1. Go to Planning > Members
  2. Open the Member's Profile
  3. Click on the existing image (or blank photobox) and upload a new image into the box that appears on the screen
  4. Click Upload Files

After initially adding a member's profile photo you can change the photo by going directly to a member's folder:

  1. Go to Intelligence > Documents
  2. Click on the Members folder
  3. Open the folder named after the specific member
  4. Click on the existing profile photo
  5. Click Add Revision
  6. Drag and drop the new file and click Upload File
