Merging Multiple Team Accounts

If you log into your D4H Personnel Training, Equipment Management and/or Incident Reporting (Team Manager platform) account and find that you can't see an account you should have access to, this could be due to the presence of two distinct usernames and passwords.

This article outlines the process of consolidating multiple usernames into a single one, along with a corresponding password, allowing you to access multiple teams that you are part of.

Merging Accounts

If you are a member of multiple teams, you can merge them allowing you to use single sign on credentials.

ℹ️ NOTE: If you do not have your team's unique URL, click here and select the applicable server then product.

⚠️ ATTENTION: It will not be possible to merge your accounts if they are on different servers.

  1. Sign into the account you wish to keep the sign in for
  2. Click on the D4H logo at the top left of the dashboard
  3. This will take you to a screen that allows you to have a single sign in for multiple accounts. Select the Merge Accounts icon near your username then follow the instructions
  4. Signing in will become a whole lot easier! - Just click the D4H logo when you wish to change account.
