D4H sends SMS, voice calls, and WhatsApp alerts from a single dedicated phone number per region. This means the same number is used across all alert types (SMS, voice, and WhatsApp).

To help ensure you receive alerts, we recommend saving the relevant D4H number for your region as a contact on your device. This can help your phone recognise incoming alerts and reduce the chance of them being treated as spam or unknown calls.
