Viewing the Alert Audit Log

Every transaction in Alerting (Operations Center platform) is recorded in the audit log. The audit log is also where you can verify the details of any failed alert transmissions.

Viewing the Audit Log

  1. Access the alert
  2. Click the paper icon in the top right corner to view the full alert audit log
  3. Or, click the ▾dropdown menu next to the response and then click on the recipient's name to see the recipient's audit trail
    1. You can review the audit log for errors such as answering machine detection in voice calls.

Filtering the Audit Log

  1. Access the alert
  2. Click the paper icon in the top right corner to view the full alert audit log
  3. Select any recipients hyperlinked name to automatically apply a filter
  4. Click the X next to their name to remove the filter
