Setting Your On/Off-Call Status in the App
To update your on-call status in the Personnel & Training mobile app:
- Open the Personnel & Training mobile app
- Select the red Update button on the main screen
- Select either Back on Call or Update Availability
- If you select Update Availability it will take you back to the Availability screen
- Select the status (On-Call or Off-Call), when its starts (immediately or in the future), and set how long the status will last
- Add any notes about the change under the Notes section
- Select Update Availability
