Setting Your On/Off-Call Status in the App

To update your on-call status in the Personnel & Training mobile app:

  1. Open the Personnel & Training mobile app
  2. Select the red Update button on the main screen
  3. Select either Back on Call or Update Availability
  4. If you select Update Availability it will take you back to the Availability screen
  5. Select the status (On-Call or Off-Call), when its starts (immediately or in the future), and set how long the status will last
  6. Add any notes about the change under the Notes section
  7. Select Update Availability
